Rugby side tramples Tampa Barbarians

Eckerd's men's rugby side has tallied another epic road victory.  On Saturday, Dec. 3, they crushed the Tampa Barbarians, an independent club for Tampa-area boys under the age of 19, by the score of 70-0.  The Tritons fielded their youngest and least-experienced players against the Barbarians, and these up-and-comers far exceeded the expectation of their veteran teammates.  Their raucous win concluded Eckerd's fall schedule, leaving the men satisfied and ready for a restful winter break.
